The transport of your parcel

Shipment is made as soon as all the items in your order are in stock and payment has been received. We ship via BPost and Mondial Relay. We inform you of the shipment by e-mail.

When all the items in your order are in stock, shipment usually takes place the next working day.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

In the event of a package being returned (wrong address, package not received on time, etc.) by the carrier, the customer has the choice between a refund of the order minus shipping costs or a new shipment at his own expense.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Shipping costs vary according to weight and country of destination. For Belgium, they start at 2.20 €. You can see all the options in the order process according to the various carriers operating in the country of destination.

Delivery to Mondial Relay points begins at 3.75€ for Belgium and Luxemburg, 4.95€ for France, 5.55€ for Netherlands, 8.95€ for Spain.

Home delivery with Mondial Relay starts at 5€ for Belgium, 7€ for Netherlands, 10.20€ for Spain.
